Phase 1 is officially underway! 

 

Jefco Electric is on-site at the Element Hotel in East Dallas, kicking off a multi-stage project to power the building’s new Commercial A/C unit. 

 

Current Scope: Our team is currently laying heavy-duty conduits and pulling primary feeder wires from the Load Center (LP) to the final location of roof top compresor unit. Getting the infrastructure right today ensures a seamless installation for the future HVAC systems tomorrow.
